Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the DropItLow web application (“Service”) operated by DropItLow (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use DropItLow. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. The Service

DropItLow monitors deal sources on the web, matches incoming deals against your natural-language alert preferences, and notifies you of matches via email and in-app alerts.

• Informational only. Deal information is provided for informational purposes. We are not a retailer, do not sell products, and do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or pricing of any deal.
• No purchase obligation. Clicking through to a deal is entirely your choice. Any transaction you complete is between you and the retailer.
• Best-effort matching. Our AI-powered matching is designed to be helpful but is not guaranteed to catch every relevant deal or to exclude every irrelevant one.

4. Plans and Billing

Free plan

The free plan includes up to 2 active alerts and 2 paused alerts at no cost, with no time limit.

Pro plan

The Pro plan provides up to 25 active alerts, 25 paused alerts, and priority matching. Pro is billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annual) through Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file at the start of each billing cycle.

Cancellation and downgrades

You may cancel or downgrade at any time from your dashboard. When you downgrade from Pro to Free, alerts beyond the free limit are paused — not deleted. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods unless required by law.

Price changes

We may change subscription pricing with at least 30 days’ notice. Continued use after the new price takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated pricing.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other users’ accounts, or our infrastructure.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including by transmitting malware or overwhelming the Service with automated requests.
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Service by automated means without our prior written permission.
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, code, designs, and trademarks associated with DropItLow are our property or used under license. Your alert preferences remain yours. By using the Service you grant us a limited license to process your alert data solely to provide the Service.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service may contain links to third-party retailer websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those sites. Your interactions with retailers are governed by their own terms and policies.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that deal information will be accurate or complete. Deal prices, availability, and retailer terms may change without notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DropItLow and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive (Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification) will survive termination.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective date” at the top. For material changes, we will notify you by email or through the application at least 15 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the updated Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance.
